Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Charmingly is an adult, non-explicit service.

Prohibited Uses

Do not use Charmingly to:

• Create or sexualise content involving a minor, including generated or fictional content.
• Create non-consensual sexual content involving a real person.
• Generate sexually explicit or pornographic content.
• Encourage or assist self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, violence, or violent extremism.
• Harass, stalk, threaten, defame, impersonate, exploit, or invade another person’s privacy.
• Develop weapons, malware, phishing, fraud, or unauthorised access.
• Infringe intellectual-property rights or otherwise break the law.
• Evade safeguards, jailbreak an avatar, or present generated output as a recording of a real person or as licensed professional advice.
• Create or share an account for someone under 18, or bypass the age gate.

Do not include another person in a call without telling them that the call may be recorded and obtaining any consent their law requires. Do not put another person’s private information into a conversation without permission.

Enforcement and Reporting

We may block output, warn, restrict, suspend, or close an account, preserve evidence, and report conduct when law requires it. Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported and preserved as required by law. Severe violations may result in immediate account closure.

You may report an avatar from its page or after a call. Reports are reviewed but are not monitored in real time. Safety concerns: safety@charmingly.ai. Suspected child sexual abuse material may also be reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline or the relevant national hotline.
