Charmingly

AI Disclosure

Last updated: August 22, 2026

Effective date: August 22, 2026

Charmingly’s avatars are software. There is no human on the other end of a call.

Their moving faces are generated rather than filmed, their voices are synthetic, and their words come from a language model. Apparent feelings, opinions, experiences, attachment, or care are part of the generated character, not evidence of a conscious person.

An avatar’s memory is stored data from previous conversations. It lets the avatar pick up where you left off, but nothing thinks about you between calls. You can wipe one avatar’s memory from that avatar’s page. See the Privacy Policy.

Generated output can be wrong and is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. The interface identifies Charmingly as AI before a first call and keeps an AI label visible during the call. If an avatar claims to be human, report it from the app or email safety@charmingly.ai.
